Our Facilities

We located our facility in Los Banos, CA because we saw the need for manufacturing in the USA.

We wanted to be responsive to the needs and deadlines of our customers.

Waiting for shipments from abroad is unacceptable for most projects so we decided it was prudent to make our products and serve our customers from the USA.

Our LED Lightings is an extremely flexible and versatile LED solution that ensures an excellent quality of light, targeted where is required, at the same time allows to decrease the hot spot and improve the light distribution onto the higher position for building facade.

Our Founders

Felipe Herrador, Chief Technology Officer

Felipe is a pioneer in power supply and lamp design and is the technical visionary for the business.

Before founding IEM, he was a Power Supply Design Engineer and EIQ Inc. and XICOM Technology.

Felipe has a degree in Electrical Engineering.

Monica A. Herrador, President

Monica has a background in electronics manufacturing and quality control.

Before founding IEM she was a Production Engineer at JMR Electronics.

Monica is a graduate of Instituto Tecnológico de Cd. Guzman in the state of Jalisco, Mexico.
